    Empathetic, confidential support to help you navigate mental health challenges. Our certified Community Health Workers and Mental Health First Responders provide peer listening, wellness guidance, and warm handoffs to licensed mental health professionals.

    Judgment-free assistance for individuals and families affected by substance use. We offer peer navigation, support group connections, and access to local recovery networks across Puget Sound.

    Practical, hands-on technology education. We provide free workshops on computer basics, online safety, job search tools, and digital communication to help bridge the digital divide.
